6. Data retention periods
Contact data and information are kept for the time needed to process the request and where applicable, for the duration of the commercial relationship. Data relating to B2B prospects may be retained for up to three (3) years from the last contact initiated by you.
Technical and security log data is generally retained for thirteen (13) months, unless specific legal or regulatory obligations require a different period. Cookie and tracker retention periods depend on their purpose and do not exceed durations recommended by applicable regulations.
7. International data transfers
As an international technology company, Adime may process or store information in multiple jurisdictions, including outside your country of residence.
We take reasonable measures to ensure that appropriate safeguards are implemented for cross-border data processing where applicable.
